Judy (Tremblay) Perley is the second youngest of 10 in the Tremblay family. She grew up with Wolastoqey as her mother tongue. She is married for 46 years to her husband Ken (Scrappy) Perley. They have 4 children and 6 grandchildren.
Judy attended UMPI (University of Maine in Presque Isle) to obtain her Early Childhood Education Degree (ECE) and later attended to Union of New-Brunswick Indian Training Institute to obtain a certificate for Administration of an Early Childhood Development Centre.
Judy Worked 35 years in an Early Childhood with the last 25 years in Administration for the Headstart including teaching culture and language.
